I am not a professional psychologist, counselor or any other medical professional. I am simply a woman who has been changed and transformed by Jesus Christ. My life used to be one of chaos, fear and isolation but today I am free. Had it not been for the many people that God surrounded me with I may not be here to tell my story today.

I want to be very clear that I am all for physicians, psychiatrists, counselors and even medication when needed. Depression and all other mental health issues are very real and while I firmly believe that Jesus heals these things I also know that He also uses professionals for the healing process.
