I am a follower of Jesus Christ,  the One who brought me up from the miry clay and set my feet on solid ground. I believe that He is more than able to deliver and set people free from all the things that cause us to live in a miry clay pit of destruction.

Things I have overcome because of Christ working in my life:

Physical, emotional and sexual abuse.
Compulsive lying and stealing.
Cutting, suicidal thoughts.
Depression, anxiety and isolation.
Drug, alcohol, nicotine and food addiction.

You too can be an overcomer in any one of these areas and more.

1 John 5:5 (NIV) says. “Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.” I believe and therefore I am an overcomer and nothing in this world can hold me down for any length of time as long as I have Jesus in my life. I know there are many people out there hurting and going through various circumstances that do not know Jesus and I hope that through my pain and victories I am able to help someone else find salvation and comfort in our Lord Jesus. Our mission at Beyond The Miry Clay Ministries is to help individuals affected by domestic violence become empowered through sound Biblical teaching, prayer and practical resources.

Our vision is to see victims of domestic violence be set free from the effects of abuse and live victoriously by the power of Jesus Christ.

The focal point of everything we do is to put Jesus first as we labor alongside individuals affected by domestic violence. We believe the following values are essential for every victim/survivor and we work to that end to provide a safe haven that fosters these values.
